I am a passionate about creating cultures of high performers; who in return embrace organizational excellence, scalable processes, strong thought leadership positioning, sales pipeline growth, improved pipeline predictability, shortened sales cycles, and accelerated revenues.

I have been the CEO, President for 4 tech companies; each experienced rapid growth, became market leaders, and all 4 companies achieved successful IPO's on the NASDAQ. Cumulatively my 4 ventures have generated over $1 Billion in revenues and in multiple years were recognized by Inc 50 and Deloitte Fast 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in America.

Warriors A Team - Chairman of the Board

Warriors A Team is a 501(c) non-profit dedicated to inspiring Veterans to assist Veterans as they acclimate from military life to a happy, productive, and proud civilian life. 

 

Are you aware that over the next 4 years the US Labor Department projects 1.5 million Veteran Warriors will exit a branch of our United States military. After spending years defending our liberties and protecting our way of life in a disciplined environment with a feeling of purpose, importance and respect, many of our Veterans find it very challenging reentering the civilian world. 

 

Sadly, every month nearly 1,000 United States Veterans attempt to take their own lives and every hour of every day a Veteran takes his or her own life.   More United States troops have died from suicide than have been killed in Afghanistan since 2001.

Agrify is a rapidly growing developer of superior indoor vertical grow solutions and extraction products for the cannabis Industry; delivering the highest consistency, quality, and ROI for its valued customers. I helped to lead Agrify from its original business plan to over $70M in annual revenues and a successful IPO on the NASDAQ exchange with a market cap of over $400 million dollars.

Living Greens Farm - Board Member

Living Greens Farm is a rapidly growing indoor vertical farm. Our proprietary aeroponics architecture yields the highest quality produce at lowest cost compared to other indoor farming methods. We use no pesticides or herbicides and we use 95% less water and 98% less land when compared to traditional farming, growing the freshest, tastiest leafy greens on the planet.

MapInfo - Board Member  
2002 - 2007

 

A developer location intelligence software solutions. I was the Chairman of MapInfo's Corporate Governance Committee and a member of their audit and compensation committees. During my tenure, MapInfo grew from $30M in annual revenues to $180M in annual revenues. In 2007, MapInfo was acquired by Pitney Bowes for $480 million dollars.

Bridgeline Digital - Founder & CEO   
2000 - 2016

 

A developer of a digital engagement SaaS platform and related digital engagement services, amassing over 200 industry related awards, including the esteemed CODiE award. I led Bridgeline from its original business plan to rapid growth and a successful IPO with a market cap of over $100 million dollars, and was recognized by Inc 500 and Deloitte 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in America.

FOCUS Enhancements - Founder & CEO

A developer of proprietary video conversion ASIC chip technology and professional video subsystems. FOCUS products were distributed globally and won many industry awards. I led FOCUS from its original business plan to rapid growth and a successful IPO with a market cap of over $230 million dollars. MASS Microsystems - Founder & CEO   
1986 - 1990

A developer of proprietary multimedia devices. MASS Microsystems products (ColorSpace and DataPak) were distributed globally and won many industry awards. I led the MASS Microsystems from it's original business plan to rapid growth and a successful IPO with a market cap of over $75 million dollars. MASS Microsystems was recognized by Inc 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in America.

Personal

Thomas Massie and his family reside in the Boston, Massachusetts area and in the West Palm Beach, Florida area.  He is passionate about leadership, business model innovation, growth management, sales, and non-profit organizations that support United States Veterans in need.  In addition he enjoys reading, traveling, golf, ice hockey, football, and spending time with family and close friends.
